Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Growth Manager to lead and execute social media strategy across GC and Anna Media Network.
The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and growth-oriented — someone who can turn digital engagement into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with both brands’ goals.
  • Manage presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp Channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars for both GC and Anna Show.
  • Optimize video titles, hashtags, and posting times for maximum visibility.
  • Analyze engagement data, track growth KPIs, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the content, video, and business development teams to align marketing and lead-generation objectives.
  • Identify and execute new campaigns or collaborations to boost reach and conversion.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep strategies current.
  • Assist in designing promotional and awareness campaigns for special events or launches.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in followers/subscribers across platforms
  • Engagement rate improvement (likes, comments, shares)
  • Social media leads or inquiries generated for GC services
  • Video performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR)
  • Google Reviews or Public Mentions driven through campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube growth, analytics, and content trends.
  • Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication (English & Telugu preferred).
  • Creative mindset with good copywriting and storytelling sense.
  • Experience in media, influencer, or service-based brands is an added advantage.
